Do I need an appointment?
Walk-in availability can vary by branch. Sending an appointment request is recommended so the branch can confirm staff and time availability.
How do I book a deal?
Open the deal artwork, select “Book on WhatsApp,” then tell the team your preferred branch, date and time. The deal is confirmed only after the booking team replies.
Can I change my selected service?
Yes. Explain the change before confirmation or during consultation. The team will advise whether additional time is required.
What are the salon timings?
Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Friday to Sunday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
